In-depth training is the key to success for any new franchisee. So we combine in-restaurant and classroom training to cover all the bases, making things easy to understand. You'll also be invited to attend a new restaurant opening at another Beef's location prior to opening yours so you can see firsthand everything needed for a successful launch. Then, as you embark on your journey, you'll have easy access to Beef's “MVP” online training videos for ongoing support.
You'll never go it alone when you're part of the Beef's family. In fact, we have a special team dedicated to assisting you with each and every new location you open. This team works directly with you, as well as your front-of-the-house crew and back-of-the-house crew to ensure seamless coordination across the board for a smooth, effective launch!
As part of our commitment to your ongoing success, you'll also have a Regional Franchise Consultant (RFC) assigned to you. This individual has experience helping Franchisees just like you grow their business, and you'll have this person's experience and knowhow at your disposal. Over the years we've encountered all kinds of challenges and opportunities and those invaluable lessons often light
the way forward.
Our home office has a strong marketing support team in place to help you develop a successful plan for your area. In tandem with your assigned Regional Franchise Consultant, you'll have a Marketing Field Manager working directly with you to drive sales.
Beef's has a special committee called the FAC (Franchise Advisory Committee) whose sole mission it to represent all Franchisees and their interests. The FAC works closely with corporate to ensure the Franchisee's point of view is closely considered in all major decisions. This is a powerful advantage, and one intended to forge new avenues of growth.
